Overseas Orders
 Unfortunately,
coffee machine orders can no longer be shipped outside of the UK.
Warranty is now country specific, the guarantee is valid only in the country
of purchase.
Orders for accessories and spare parts can be arranged.
We are able to ship small packets using
'International Signed For' via the postal service. This is a reliable and
secure method of delivery. European deliveries cost £13 GBP and
Worldwide deliveries cost £16. Most spare parts orders can be dispatched
using this method.

'International Signed For' takes approximately
5-7 days for European deliveries and 9-14 days for Worldwide deliveries.
Larger packets are dispatched using a courier.
Please email with your address, country, and requirements and we will check
the costs with our courier company and get back to you.
Delivery times vary, depending on which
country you reside in, usually between 5-7 days.
Any duty to be paid is the responsibility of the customer, and not Craystone.
