If you decide that you're not pleased with the
FrancisFrancis machine you have chosen,
ensure you return it to us unused and in re-saleable condition within eight days. We will
be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange it for
alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the
goods as they were sent to you. You are responsible for the return
carriage costs and you must acquire insurance cover for the delivery.

Craystone, Bolton Enterprise Centre, Washington Street, Bolton, BL3 5EY.
- Insure your parcel.
The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
When delivery was included within the price, a nominal cost of £10 for
delivery will be assumed, and therefore £10 of your total cost will not be
Items returned which arrive with us damaged or items that are lost in transit
to Craystone will not be credited. Any damage or losses are the
customer's responsibility and you
must negotiate with your courier and claim the losses through their
insurance cover (this is why you should insure your parcel). Damaged
items must be collected via your courier within three days of arriving at
Goods damaged in transit to
you will be collected and replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please
inform us of any breakage as soon as possible, within three days of receiving the order.
If your machine is faulty from day one then the machine
will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us within seven days.
If your machine becomes faulty during normal usage, this

If you decide you do not want
your machine after you have used it, and the machine is not faulty - this is not covered under our returns
policy and we are unable to refund your money.
