Just to let you know that my pink Francis Francis arrived safely this afternoon. I am a VERY happy customer!!! It is absolutely beautiful, and it arrived really well packaged (although I was soon ripping the box open).

Thank you so much for making this a very pleasant transaction. It's a lot of money to spend in one go, but your company's whole approach has made me feel it was the right move to make, and I'm very glad I didn't go to John Lewis!! You have been a delight to deal with.

Have to say a big thank you. Rare you get good service now a days and especially when dealing cross border and what is likely a purchase you only make every few years tops.

You really went out of your way which I really appreciated. If we ever look at upgrading or perhaps buying someone a great wedding present or something will definitely be coming back to Craystone!

His Birthday is actually the 31st December but yes we have of course already been using it! Makes great coffee. Think it is actually me getting the present having coffee made for me!

Cleaning your FrancisFrancis Machine

You should regularly clean your FrancisFrancis machine to keep it in tip top shape. This includes using descaler if you live in an hard water area. Standard descaler is fine to use, utilise it as you would descale your kettle.

Cleaning the Steam Pipe
We get quite a number of customers who don't clean the steam pipe properly after use. To do so is simple and takes no time at all. After using the steam function to froth milk, simply run some water through the pipe (not steam) to flush it out. It's good practice to do this, as little droplets of milk can be sucked back up the pipe during use, and over time can congeal which could lead to a blockage. Wipe over the outside of the pipe to complete the job, ensuring the small hole on the side of the pipe is clear.

Your FrancisFrancis Warranty

FrancisFrancis espresso machines are supplied with a two year, UK based, warranty.

The warranty is very straight-forward to claim. Simply contact the repair shop, they will ask for proof of purchase (Your invoice and completed warranty card) and will then arrange to collect the machine, do the repair and then arrange a convenient time to return it back to you.
