If you're not getting the best out of your machine, if your household fuses are tripping, your temperature gauge has stopped reading, you have poor water pressure, a loss of steam or perhaps water/coffee leaking from the group head/handle area, then your machine would greatly benefit from being serviced.

Please view the pics to the right showing some examples of the hidden problems that may be causing your machine to not work at its best.

We offer a comprehensive repair service, from a basic service to a full strip down and refurbishment,

Please email us at: info@craystoneshop.co.uk

Please email us for more information and we'll reply with all the information to guide you through the process. We also have packaging tips and a proven, inexpensive courier - getting your machine to us has never been easier.

Service parts are: group head seal, o-ring, steam tap o-ring, expansion spring and mushroom seal, water inlet pipe, water overflow pipe, cleaning products, lubricants and other associated products to get the job done.

The labour charge is £60 (inc VAT) for the service, which is terrific value as we spend a minimum of 5-6 hours in total on an individual machine. The labour charge covers initial testing and the dismantling of your machine, fitting the parts mentioned above. Parts are removed from the machine and dismantled and then cleaned by descaler/wire brush/wire wool/ cleaners, these include both halves of the boiler, steam wand, group head cover, brew head etc. Your handle, tank and drawer are also cleaned. Once rebuilt, machines are operationally tested, cleaned and polished, they really do look superb again.

Service parts for a 3rd generation X1 are £29.00.
Service parts for a 2nd generation X1 are £34.00.
Service parts for a 1st generation X1 are £39.00.
Service parts for a Trio X1 are £49

So the price of basic servicing, including labour, is either £89.00, £94.00, £99.00 or £109 including VAT, depending on your version (plus any additional parts you might need to fix problems)

Returning your machine by courier is an additional £15.00.

Any faulty parts outside of the standard service items are fitted labour free - you just pay for the replacement part as per the prices within the spare parts section on our website.

As part of the repair process, your machine will be tested for faults, boiler stripped down, manually descaled, repaired, thoroughly tested, cleaned, polished, re-packed and returned to you at a convenient time via courier.
