This is just to let you know that the X1 was much appreciated by my partner. Never have I drunk so much coffee! I'm now experiencing "cold turkey" - and I don't mean the leftovers from Christmas. What a marvellous machine and it's so easy to produce a wonderful cup of coffee with it. Every home should have one.

Have to say a big thank you. Rare you get good service now a days and especially when dealing cross border and what is likely a purchase you only make every few years tops. You really went out of your way which I really appreciated. If we ever look at upgrading or perhaps buying someone a great wedding present or something will definitely be coming back to Craystone!
