Extra Work
Every customer receives one hour of additional labour free. One hour is typically sufficient to replace one to two components.
Additional component installations, extra testing for intermittent faults, difficult dismantling due to age or seized parts, poor maintenance or extensive limescale removal may require extra time and incur additional costs. This will be clearly explained and reported to you. Extra labour is £18/hour.
In many refurbishments, we apply discretionary discounts to extra labour. While not standard practice, this is offered as a goodwill gesture to assist customers wherever possible. We always aim to be fair, flexible, and transparent with the costs.
