Easy UPS Drop-Off Service for FrancisFrancis Repair Customers
To make sending your machine in for service as simple as
possible, we offer a convenient UPS Drop-Off service.
You will have received a
product link from the workshop along with clear instructions and supporting PDF
documents.
UPS is the trusted courier we use for all incoming
machines.
How It Works
- Purchase
your UPS shipping label using the link provided by the workshop.
- Enter
your contact details carefully — these are used to create your courier
booking and shipping label.
- Your
label is prepared manually by the workshop (this is not automated),
and you’ll receive it by email a few days after placing your order.
We’ll be in touch as soon as everything is ready.
Packing Your Machine
To ensure your machine arrives safely, please pack it securely
and carefully, following the STEP 2 packing guide provided.
Proper packaging is essential:
- UPS
does not cover damage caused by inadequate packaging
- Responsibility
for transit damage rests with the sender
- Any
transit damage can be repaired, but this would be chargeable
Taking a little extra care when packing helps avoid delays
and additional costs.
Box Dimensions – Please Let Us Know
UPS applies standard pricing based on our parcel size (16 cm × 16 cm × 16 cm).
If the actual parcel size differs, additional retrospective charges may be applied later, so accurate dimensions help keep OUR costs
predictable.
Dropping Off Your Parcel
Once your label is ready, it will be emailed directly to
you.
Simply print it, attach it to your box, and drop the parcel off at a UPS
Access Point.
There are thousands of UPS Drop-Off Points across the UK,
usually located in convenient local shops.
Your label will display the three
nearest locations, but you’re free to use any Access Point that
suits you — near home, work, or on the go.
A link is provided below to help you find the most
convenient drop-off point near your postcode.
